Sharra Learns Brooke and Isaiah’s Secret Night Truth

INT. HOSTEL ROOM – NIGHT

Dim yellow light fills the room. The air feels heavy. A ceiling fan creaks slowly above.

Sharra stands frozen in the middle of the room. Her phone is still in her hand. Her face is pale… eyes wide… trying to process.

Destiny stands near the door, nervous… watching her.

Silence.

A long, painful silence.

SHARRA
(voice low, trembling)
Say it again… Destiny.

DESTINY
(uneasy, hesitant)
Sharra… I… I didn’t want you to find out like this but—

SHARRA
(interrupting, sharp)
Say. It. Again.

Destiny swallows hard.

DESTINY
They… Brooke and Isaiah… they were together last night.

The words hit like a slap.

Sharra blinks… once… twice… then lets out a hollow laugh.

SHARRA
(disbelief)
No… no, you’re lying.

She starts pacing, shaking her head.

SHARRA (CONT’D)
Brooke wouldn’t do that… not behind my back.

DESTINY
I saw them, Sharra. They didn’t even try to hide it.

Sharra stops.

Her breathing becomes heavier.

SHARRA
(whispers)
No…

Her eyes begin to water… but she refuses to cry.

SHARRA (CONT’D)
Where?

DESTINY
At the beach… late night.

Sharra clenches her fists.

Flash images flood her mind — Brooke laughing earlier… acting normal… pretending like nothing happened.

The betrayal stings deeper.

SHARRA
(slowly, anger building)
She looked me in the eyes today…

A tear escapes… she wipes it instantly.

SHARRA (CONT’D)
…and lied.

Destiny takes a cautious step closer.

DESTINY
I thought you deserved to know.

Sharra nods slowly… but her expression changes.

The shock fades… replaced by something darker.

Anger.

Cold anger.

SHARRA
You’re right.

(beat)

I did deserve to know.

She turns toward the door.

DESTINY
(concerned)
Sharra… what are you going to do?

Sharra pauses.

Her voice is calm… too calm.

SHARRA
I’m going to hear it from her.

CUT TO:

EXT. HOSTEL CORRIDOR – NIGHT

Footsteps echo sharply as Sharra walks fast… determined.

Her jaw tight… eyes burning with fury.

She reaches Brooke’s door.

Stops.

Takes a deep breath.

Then—

BANG! BANG! BANG!

SHARRA
(shouting)
Brooke! Open the door!

Inside, movement is heard.

The door slowly opens.

Brooke stands there… surprised… slightly nervous.

BROOKE
Sharra? What’s wrong—

Before she can finish—

SHARRA
(cutting her off)
Don’t.

(beat)

Just don’t lie.

Brooke freezes.

That one sentence… she understands.

BROOKE
(quietly)
You know…

Sharra lets out a bitter smile.

SHARRA
Oh, I know enough.

(steps closer)

But I want to hear it from you.

Silence.

Brooke looks down… guilty.

That’s all Sharra needs.

SHARRA (CONT’D)
(voice breaking, angry)
Wow… Brooke.

She laughs again… but this time it’s painful.

SHARRA (CONT’D)
You couldn’t even tell me?

BROOKE
It wasn’t like that—

SHARRA
(loud, furious)
Then WHAT was it?!

The corridor goes silent.

Even distant noises fade.

BROOKE
(struggling)
It just… happened.

Sharra steps back as if hit.

SHARRA
“It just happened”?

(voice shaking)

That’s your explanation?

Brooke looks ashamed… unable to respond.

SHARRA (CONT’D)
I trusted you.

(beat)

I defended you… every single time.

Tears roll down now… she doesn’t stop them.

SHARRA (CONT’D)
And this is what you do behind my back?

Brooke tries to reach her—

BROOKE
Sharra, please—

Sharra pulls away instantly.

SHARRA
Don’t touch me.

(icy)

You don’t get to do that anymore.

A long pause.

Brooke is speechless.

Broken.

But Sharra… she’s different now.

Stronger… colder.

SHARRA (CONT’D)
And Isaiah?

(beat)

Does he even know what he just caused?

Brooke stays silent.

That silence says everything.

Sharra nods slowly.

SHARRA (CONT’D)
Of course.

She turns away.

BROOKE
(teary)
Sharra… I’m sorry.

Sharra stops… but doesn’t turn back.

SHARRA
(quiet, painful)
Yeah…

(beat)

You should be.

She walks away.

Each step heavier than the last… but she doesn’t look back.

CUT TO:

INT. HOSTEL ROOM – LATER

Sharra enters her room.

Closes the door softly.

Leans against it.

For a moment… she holds herself together.

Then—

She slides down to the floor.

Breaks.

Silent tears… shaking breaths.

The strongest ones always break quietly.

Her phone buzzes.

A message.

From Isaiah.

She stares at the screen.

Doesn’t open it.

Instead… she locks the phone.

Wipes her tears.

Slowly stands up.

Her face changes again.

No more weakness.

Only resolve.

SHARRA
(whispers to herself)
This isn’t over.

She walks toward the mirror.

Looks at herself… stronger now.

Determined.

FADE OUT.
